* net/tramp.el (tramp-vc-registered-read-file-names): Read input
as here-document, otherwise the command could exceed maximum
length of command line.
(tramp-handle-vc-registered): Call script accordingly.  Reported
by Toru TSUNEYOSHI <t_tuneyosi@hotmail.com>.
